1. Consideration and possible approval to amend the January 16, 2020 order of a General Election for School Board of Trustees 2020.
Consider and possible action to amend the District’s January 16, 2020 Order of General Election for the election of three School Board Trustees for Places 1, 6, and 7 to hold such election on November 3, 2020.
Considerar y adoptar posibles medidas para modificar la orden del Distrito fechada el 16 de enero de 2020 para convocar elecciones generales para elegir a tres miembros del consejo sin zona asignada para los precinto 1 y 6 y 7 y que se celebrarán el dia 3 de noviembre de 2020.

2. Consider and possible approval of the Amended Notice of Election and Amended Order of General Election for Early Voting and for Election Day.
Considerar para su posible aprobación la modificación del Aviso y la modificación de la Orden de convocatoria de elecciones generales para la votación adelantada y para el día de las elecciones.

3. Consider and possible approval of Resolution to have a joint election on November 3, 2020, with the City of Plainview.
Considerar y posiblemente aprobar la Resolución para celebrar elecciones conjuntas con la ciudad de Plainview el 3 de noviembre de 2020.

4. Consider and possible approval to appoint Rick Garcia, Elections Administrator, to serve as Joint Elections Officer.
Considerar para su posible aprobación el nombramiento de Rick Garcia, Administradora de las elecciones, para desempeñar el cargo de funcionaria electoral conjunta.

5. Consider approval of the Early Voting locations and times and Election Day polling locations and times. Considerar aprobar los centros electorales y los horarios para la votación adelantada y los centros electorales y los horarios el día de las elecciones.

6. Consider and appoint Mariyah Barrios (Flores) as the Early Voting Clerk and Christina Salazar as the Deputy Early Voting Clerk, Mariyah Barrios (Flores)as the Early Voting Ballot Board Judge and Christina Salazar as the Early Voting Ballot Board Alternate Judge.
Considerar y nombrar a Mirayah Barrios (Flores) como Secretario para la votación adelantada, a Christina Salazar como Secretaria delegada para la votación adelantada, a Mirayah Barrios (Flores) como Juez del Consejo para la votación adelantada y a Christina Salazar como la Juez suplente del Consejo para la votación adelantada.

8. Consider and appoint Mirayah Barrios (Flores) to serve as Election Judge on Election Day and Christina Salazar as Alternate Election Day Judge.

9. Consider and appoint Christina Salazar to serve as Bilingual Election Clerk.
Considerar y nombrar a Christina Salazar como Secretaria electoral bilingüe. 

10. Consider and possible appointment of a Signature Verification Committee.
Considerar el posible nombramiento de un Comité verificador de firmas.

11. Consider and possible appointment of Mirayah Barrios (Flores) as the Judge for the Signature Verification Committee and Christina Salazar as the Alternate Judge for the Signature Verification Committee.
Considerar el posible nombramiento de Mirayah Barrios (Flores) como la juez del Comité verificador de firmas y a Christina Salazar como el juez suplente del Comité verificador de firmas.

12. Consider and possible appointment of Mirayah Barrios (Flores) as Supervisor and Christina Salazar as Rover for each Vote Center for Election Day.
Considerar el posible nombramiento de Mirayah Barrios (Flores) como supervisor(a) y a Christina Salazar como ayudante para cada centro electoral el día de las elecciones.
