8.A. Consider Approval of Resolution regarding House Bill 3033 Implementation/Designation of Dates relating to Texas Public Information Act.
Description:
It is recommended that the Board approve the resolution regarding House Bill 3033 Implementation/Designation of Dates relating to Texas Public Information Act with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

8.B. Consider Replacement of Existing Perimeter Exterior Fencing at Monahan Elementary School - Safety & Security Project as a part of the 2022 Sheldon ISD Bond Project
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve Foster Fencing, as a member of a Cooperative Partnership, to install new exterior fencing at Monahan Elementary at a price not exceeding $131,625.00 as the best value to the District.
Furthermore, it is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the Superintendent or designee authority to approve payments and authorize expenditures that do not alter the contract cost or contract time, with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes. |
8.C. Consider Installation of Entry Resistant Film at Carroll, Garrett, Monahan, Royalwood, Sheldon, Sheldon Lake, Cravens ECA, and Sheldon ECA - Safety & Security Project as a part of the 2022 Sheldon ISD Bond Project
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve The Enpro Group, as a member of a Cooperative Partnership, to provide the installation of Entry-Resistant Film (ERF) at the entrances of Carroll, Garrett, Monahan, Royalwood, Sheldon, & Sheldon Lake Elementary Schools along with Cravens ECA & Sheldon ECA at a price not to exceed $85,000.00 as the best value to the District
Furthermore, it is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the Superintendent or designee authority to approve payments and authorize expenditures that do not alter the contract cost or contract time, with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes. |
8.D. Consider Approval of IDG to provide Architectural Services for Facility Sustainment & Safety Project - District Wide Roofing Procurement & Design Package as a part of the 2022 Sheldon ISD Bond Project
Description:
It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve IDG Architects, as a Vendor from the approved five short listed firms, to provide Architectural Design Services including a complete design/procurement package as required to provide District Wide Roof Replacements/Overlays and Repairs for a price not to exceed $237,250.00 as the best value to the District.
Furthermore, it is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the Superintendent or designee authority to approve payments and authorize expenditures that do not alter the contract cost or contract time, with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes. |
