8.A. Consider the 2022-2023 Fundraisers 
Description:  It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the 2022-2023 fundraiser requests as submitted for a total of $319,822.00 with a copy to be attached to and become a part of the minutes.

Description:  It is recommended that the 2022-2023 budget be approved with a copy to be attached to and become a part of the minutes.

8.M. Consider Additional Deputies for August 1, 2022 through September 30, 2022
Description:  It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the First Amendment to Agreement for Law Enforcement with the Harris County Constable, Precinct 3, for the continuation of the contract Patrol Program with an additional cost of $35,413.00 with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.

14.A. Personnel Recommendation/Suspend Without Pay Pending Discharge and Give Notice of Intent to Terminate Non-Chapter 21 Contract
Description:  It is recommended that the Board accept the Superintendent's recommendation that good cause exists to suspend the employee immediately without pay pending discharge and authorize the Superintendent to give employee notice of the Board's intent to terminate the contract as outlined in DCE (Legal) with a copy to be attached to and become a part of the minutes.
