II. CLOSED SESSION

II.A) The Board of Trustees will meet in closed (executive) session with Region 5
Representative(s)for the 2nd round of interviews of candidates for the position of Superintendent of Schools, as permitted by Section 551.074(a)(1), Texas Government Code. No action will be taken at this meeting. |

II.B) The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session with Region 5 Representatibve(s) to deliberate the selection of a lone finalist for the position of Superintendent of Schools. The Board will deliberate in closed (executive) session, as permitted by 551.074(a)(1), Texas Government Code. The Board may or may not, take action at this special meeting to name a lone finalist. If it does take such action, it will do so in open (public) session, according to law.

III. RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION TO TAKE ACTION ON ITEMS DISCUSSED (IF NEEDED)

III.A) Consider, if appropriate, name a lone Finalist for the position of Superintendent of Schools.
