X.A. Consideration to adopt the resolution declaring the list of District vehicles as surplus property, no longer needed for school purposes, and to direct the Superintendent to  sell the vehicles to the highest bidder, in a bid process with minimum bids stated for each vehicle, or to otherwise discard, on an "as is" and "with all faults" basis.
X.B. Consideration to authorize the Superintendent to enter into a contract agreement between Waterloo CUSD5 and Rubber Safe LLC, in the amount not to exceed $48,000.00, for playground mulch.
X.C. Consideration to approve Project Authorization #2 between Waterloo Community Unit School District #5 and FGM Architects, in the amount of $15,000.00, for parking lot improvements.
