IV.C. Consideration to: 1) instruct the Superintendent to have the tentative amended budget for the 2020-2021 fiscal year prepared for Finance Committee review; 2) set the time and place for a public hearing at the April 19, 2021, regular board meeting on the tentative amended budget; and 3) instruct the Board Secretary to give notice according to law and Board policies that the tentative amended budget will be on file and conveniently available for public inspection for thirty days prior to the public hearing with date of display being set on Thursday, March 18, 2021.

IX.A. Consideration to approve a Memorandum of Understanding for the 2020-2025 Agreement Between the Board of Education of Waterloo Community Unit School District No. 5 and the Waterloo Association of Service Personnel (WASP).
IX.B. Consideration of amendment to the Blended Remote Learning Plan for Waterloo CUSD No. 5.

X.C. Consideration to approve one-year contracts, as presented, for Amber Cruser, Assistant Junior High School Principal; Marla Byrd, Business/Office Manager-Executive Secretary; Ruth Mason, Director of Cafeterias; Nicholas Hergenroeder, District Technology Supervisor; and David Robertson, District Computer Technician, effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
X.D. Consideration to approve a revised Administrative Assistant salary schedule.
X.E. Consideration to set the hourly rate of pay for 2020-2021, effective July 1, 2020, for Patrick Toenjes, District Computer Technician, at $14.50 per hour.
