I. PUBLIC FORUM 
It is the policy of the Board that, if members of the public wish to address the Board in Public Forum, they must complete and submit the Request to Address the Board of Trustees form (green sheet). This form may be obtained at the entrance to the Boardroom and must be submitted to Tim Savoy, Chief Information Officer, at the entrance prior to reconvening in open session.
