A. CALL TO ORDER: Establish a quorum

B. EMERGENCY MEETING NOTICE:  Announcement by the Board President that notice of the meeting has been posted in accordance with Government Code 551.045 for at least two hours before the meeting was convened.  An emergency or urgent public necessity exists that requires immediate attention of the Board, as follows:  

C. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION

C.1. Consideration and possible authorization for the Superintendent or designee to proceed with necessary inspections, execute appropriate documents and pay expenditures associated with the repair of damage caused by flooding as the result of Hurricane Harvey to the buildings located on the Blanco Vista Elementary, Ralph Plfuger Elementary, Camino Real Elementary, Science Hall Elementary, Chapa Middle School, Simon Middle School and McCormick Middle School campuses.
