Discuss and Consider Approval of the Early Release GMP #2- Site Package for the New Aubrey Elementary School #4 Project.  This is a Partial GMP that Includes the Site-Related Components of the Project, Including Site Concrete Paving and Sidewalks, Earthwork, Stormwater Pollution Protection, Pavement Markings, Fencing, and Site Utilities

5) Executive Session as authorized by Texas Government Code Section 551, Subchapters D AND E.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, to consult with the District's Attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with 551 of the Texas Local Government Code.

Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.072, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental body in negotiations with third party.
