Private consultation with the District's bond attorney in person regarding a matter in which the Board of Trustees seeks advice of its attorney and regarding a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Board of Trustees under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, specifically to include matters regarding a potential bond election (551.071).
