The President requests an Executive Session as provided in the Texas Government Code, Section 551.071 of the Texas Open Meetings Act, for the following purpose:   

For the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee.

A.  Private consultation with the Board's legal counsel on all subjects or matters authorized by law in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with the Open Meetings Act.
