1. Roll call:   Establishment of a Quorum, Call to Order

2. CLOSED SESSION

2.A. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.071, to consult with the District's attorney, in person or by phone, on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the District, under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Board of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, including to provide legal advice regarding Level III hearing on student matter.

2.B. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074, to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.

2.C. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.0821, to deliberate a matter regarding a public-school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation, including discussion on Level III hearings on a student matter.

3. OPEN SESSION

3.A. Consider and take action regarding a Level III Grievance on a student matter.
