IV.A. The Governing Board may consider convening an Executive Session pursuant to  A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A) (1) to screen an application related to the position of District Superintendent

V. EXECUTIVE SESSION - The Governing Board to meet in executive session pursuant A.R.S. 38-431.03 (A) (1) to screen an application related to the position of District Superintendent.
All persons present are hereby reminded that it is unlawful to disclose or otherwise divulge to any person who is not now present, other than a current member of the Board, anything that has transpired or has been discussed during this executive session. To do so is a violation of A.R.S. §38-431.03 A.2, A.3. unless pursuant to a specific statutory exception.

VI. ACTION ITEMS

VI.A. The Governing Board to discuss and may consider inviting an applicant to interview for the position of Superintendent and direct the Arizona School Board to invite the applicant to interview

VI.B. The Governing Board may convene in executive session pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) & (4) to discuss and consult with District’s attorney for legal advice regarding contract for new superintendent

VII. EXECUTIVE SESSION - .The Governing Board to meet in executive session pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.03(A)(3) & (4) to discuss and consult with District’s attorney for legal advice regarding contract for new superintendent
