Approval, for the South St. Paul School Board to approve an increase to the annual School Board compensation as follows:  Board Chair from $4,700 per year to $5,400 per year and all other School Board Members from $4,200 per year to $4,900 per year.  In addition, the $25 stipend for additional meetings is to be eliminated. II.J. Approval, to provide delegation of Clerk and Treasurer duties for day-to-day business.
 

II.K. Approval, Authorization the Finance Director and Assistant Business Manager to make electronic fund transfers.
