II.A. Lauri Flatley will present an ongoing community art project funded by a grant to the City of South St. Paul.  Students from Lincoln Center and Kaposia Education Center Summer Academies have participated for the last two summers adding their touch to the piece.  As leaders in our community, the Board of Education and Superintendent Dave Webb will be invited to paint a rock for the final project that will be completed this summer.
