II.A. Each year our District recognizes two exceptional teachers who are using technology in innovative ways in their classrooms.  We nominate one elementary teacher and one secondary teacher to be recognized at an awards ceremony during the TIES Technology Conference in December. Congratulations to Jesse Frischmann, 4th grade teacher at Lincoln Center and Alexandra Nugent, Chinese and Spanish teacher at South St. Paul Secondary for being honored as this year's TIES Exceptional Teachers. II.B. The South St. Paul Board of Education would like to recognize Mr. Tim Turgeon and thank him for his work as a school district representative on the Central Square Community Center Advisory Board since March of 2010.  (B. MacKenzie)
