V.A. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve scheduling a Closed Session following the regular business meetings on June 9 and 23, 2014, for a negotiations update per the Open Meeting Law (Minn. Stat. § 13D).
    


   

V.B. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve the 2014-2015 Teacher Development Plan.
  

V.C. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve the 2014-15 Secondary School Calendar that moves the commencement ceremony from Thursday, May 28 to Friday, May 29, 2015.
  

V.D. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve the resolution regarding dissolution of the ward system for election in favor of an at-large system for the election of its board of education members, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 645.021, Subdivision 2.
  

V.E. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve the 2014-15 Resolution for Membership in the Minnesota State High School League.
 

V.F. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to appoint Inspector Deborah Clark to represent South St. Paul Public Schools as a member of the Intermediate School District 917 Board of Education for a 3-year term beginning July 1, 2014.
 

V.G. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve the proposed written denial of the Level III Grievance submitted by the teachers' union on April 15, 2014, concerning the deduction for a full day of pay for those teachers who used personal/vacation leave or unpaid leave on January 23, 2014.
   

V.H. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve the proposed written denial of the Level III Grievance submitted by the teachers' union on April 15, 2014, concerning the Professional Day language in the teachers' contract.
