II.A. Lincoln Second Grade Teacher Lori Shubat and some of her students will be highlighting their work with Mary Towey.  Mary is a DARTS volunteer that has been committed to working with Lincoln Center students in Lori's room for over 10 years.
  

II.B. Lincoln Center Teachers Jen Sexauer and Robbyn Wincentsen with "Health Powered Kids" students are going to talk about the $16,000 grant they received to support and expand our health and wellness activities for all students district-wide.  The SHIP grant and UCare grant that was obtained from Dakota County, allows district funds to be used to increase nutrition and physical activity.  Their goal with this grant is to increase opportunities for all students in the district to have opportunities for physical activity during the school day as well as outside of school.

V.A. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve scheduling a Closed Session following the regular business meetings on February 10 and 24, 2014, for a negotiations update per the Open Meeting Law (Minn. Stat. § 13D).
  

V.B. Approval, of the 2014 Kids' Choice Summer Program Fees and the 2014-15 Kids' Choice School Year Fees.
 

V.C. Approval for the South St. Paul Board of Education to schedule a special Joint Board Meeting with Independent School District Boards 197 and 199 for Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at the Thompson Park Activity Center.
 

V.D. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve the collective bargaining agreement between the South St. Paul Teachers' Association Local No. 861, for the contract period of July 1, 2013, to June 30, 2015, as presented.
