The South St. Paul City Council has called for a Special Election to be held on February 11, 2014, for residents to vote on a Park Referendum.   Parks and Recreation Director Chris Esser will review the three major components of the plan:  Kaposia Landing Development, McMorrow Field Redevelopment, and Wakota Civic Arena Improvements and Mechanical upgrades.

Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve the Resolution providing for the sale of general obligation school building bonds, series 2014A; and covenanting and obligating the district to be bound by and to use the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 126C.55 to guarantee the payment of the principal and interest on these bonds. V.C. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve the Final 2013 Payable 2014 Property Tax Levy at $8,588,033.99. (D. Blackburn)
 

V.D. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve scheduling a Closed Session following the regular business meetings on January 13 and 27, 2014. for a negotiations update per the Open Meeting Law (Minn. Stat. § 13D).
