V.A. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve scheduling a Closed Session following the regular business meetings on October 14 and 28, 2013, for a negotiations update per the Open Meeting Law (Minn. Stat. § 13D).
 

V.B. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve scheduling a special meeting at 7:30 AM on Monday, October 7, 2013, to award the lowest responsible bids for the Lincoln Center and Kaposia Education Center construction projects.
 

V.C. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to certify the 2013 Payable 2014 proposed property tax levy to the maximum and declare Monday, December 9, 2013, at 7:15 PM in the City Hall Council Chambers, 125 - Third Avenue North as the official public hearing to certify the 2013 Payable 2014 Final Levy.
