Mindy Haukedahl, CLC School Counselor, and Sue Meyer, CLC Special Education Teacher, will present on the collaboration between school counselors and special education teachers.  Through this collaboration, they are able to provide our students with the tools they will need to help foster college and career readiness.  They will share the content of the course, guest speakers, tours, support, hope, and developing goals.
