Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve the proposed student and adult meal prices for the 2013-14 school year:  Extra Milk:  Student and Adult - $.35; Breakfast:  Elementary - $1.00, Jr./Sr. High - $1.35, and Adult  - $1.55, Lunch:  Elementary - $1.70, Jr./Sr. High - $1.90, and Adult - $3.35.
