III.A.1. The South St. Paul/Inver Grove Heights Rotary Club will be presenting South St. Paul Public Schools with a check for the District's Adopt-a-School Smart Board initiative. (Dan Warner)
 

III.A.2. Activities Director Mike Funk and the coaching staff from boys’ soccer (Wally Sapp), girls’ soccer (Rachel Mettille), girls’ tennis (Pepper Meyer), and cross country (R. Key) will provide a recap of their fall season and recognize the 2011-12 All-Conference and All-State Honors: Boys’ Soccer: David Gunderman, Fredy Hidalgo, Taylor Lissick, and Sean McFaggen; Girls’ Soccer: Marissa Ricci, Alicia Sethre, and Tori Poole; Girls’ Tennis: Emily Engelmeier, Abby Palmquist, and Laura Sonday; Cross Country: Austin Barnes.

V.B.1. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to accept a $1,593 donation from the Girls' Red Line Hockey Club.  The funds will support the team trip to Eveleth and Duluth.

V.B.2. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to accept a $1,710 donation from the Girls' Red Line Hockey Club for captains' practice ice time.

V.B.3. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to accept a $1,185 donation from the SSP Band Backers program for the purchase of cymbals, bags, straps, and pads.

V.B.4. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to accept a $4,500 donation from the South St. Paul/Inver Grove Heights Rotary for the purchase of three SMART boards through the Adopt-a-School program.
