VI.A. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve the Letter of Agreement for retiree health insurance. (D. Blackburn)

VI.D. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve the following 2011-12 Insurance Rates:  a .77% dental insurance increase with Health Partners and a 8.7% increase for health insurance with Medica. (D. Blackburn)

VI.G. Approval, for the South St. Paul Board of Education to approve $186,480 from the technology levy fund balance for the purchase of a 280 Apple iPad2 package for all certified staff, administrators, and board members.  Due to the procurement in a three-year lease the impact on the current fiscal year fund balance would be $62,160.
