Treasurer Thompson will have been at the school site to review bills, ask questions, and confirm information prior to the meeting. Recommendation is to approve the bill payment of $2,157,447.87 subject to any adjustments or direction offered by the Treasurer.

5.B. LONG TERM FACILITIES MAINTENANCE PLAN
The District is required to submit the 10 year Long Term Facilities Maintenance (LTFM) Plan to the Minnesota Department of Education each July. Attached are the updated revenue and expenditure projections plan for LTFM. Recommendation: Approve the LTFM 10 year revenue and expenditure projections.

5.C. RESOLUTION RELATING TO RENEWING THE EXPIRING CAPITAL PROJECT LEVY AUTHORIZATION TO FUND TECHNOLOGY OF THE SCHOOL DISTRICT AND CALLING A SPECIAL ELECTION THEREON.
The School Board hereby determines and declares that it is necessary and expedient for the School District to renew its existing capital project levy authorization which is scheduled to expire after taxes payable in 2027. The proposed capital project levy authorization will be in the amount of 1.836% times the net tax capacity of the School District. Recommendation to approve the resolution as presented.

5.D. LONG TERM FACILITIES MAINTENANCE PLAN ASSESSMENT CONTRACTOR SELECTION
The School Board will recap the discussion on the LTFM plan assessment contractors that presented at the last work session and make a decision on how to proceed. |

5.E. RESOURCE TRAINING AND SOLUTIONS MEMBERSHIP
The school district has a full membership with Resource Training and Solutions. The invoice for membership has been received, and it is recommended that we continue this membership for the 2026-2027 School Year.

7.B. BUDGET COMPARISON REPORT JUNE 2026
The business office provides an update of district expenditures and revenues through the Budget Comparison report. The report is intended to provide a financial picture of the district in a couple ways. One is to compare current year expenditures to the previous year. The second is to simply give a report on the current financial status. In addition to the report, special items of note are highlighted in the explanations offered. This report does not require formal action but is provided as an informational item.
