Treasurer Thompson will have been at the school site to review bills, ask questions, and confirm information prior to the meeting. Recommendation is to approve the bill payment of $2,507,415.38 subject to any adjustments or direction offered by the Treasurer.

5.A. RESOLUTION CALLING FOR THE GENERAL ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a general election has been called and will be held in conjunction with the state general election in and for Independent School District No. 750 (ROCORI School District), State of Minnesota, on Tuesday, the 5th day of November, 2024, for the purpose of electing three (3) school board members for four (4) year terms. The ballot shall provide as follows: GENERAL ELECTION NOVEMBER 5, 2024

5.B. LONG TERM FACILITIES MAINTENANCE PLAN
The District is required to submit the 10 year Long Term Facilities Maintenance (LTFM) Plan to the Minnesota Department of Education each July. Attached are the updated revenue and expenditure projections plan for LTFM. Recommendation: Approve the LTFM 10 year revenue and expenditure projections.

5.C. ADMINISTRATORS ASSOCIATION EMPLOYEE CONTRACT
The Board negotiators have met and negotiated with the Administrators Association Group. Recommendation to approve the agreements as presented for 2023-2025.

5.D. RESOURCE TRAINING AND SOLUTIONS MEMBERSHIP
The school district has a full membership with Resource Training and Solutions. The invoice for membership has been received, and it is recommended that we continue this membership for the 2024-2025 School Year.

5.E. SCHOOLS ADVOCATING FOR FAIR FUNDING MEMBERSHIP DUES
The school district is a member in long standing with SAFF, Schools advocating for fair funding, (formerly known as SEE). The membership dues are up for renewal and are being recommended for approval for the 2024-2025 School Year.

5.F. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE ROCORI SENIOR CENTER AND ROCORI AREA SCHOOLS REGARDING FACILITY RENTAL AT THE DISTRICT EDUCATION FACILITY.
The MOU regarding facility rental will be in place until June 30, 2026 and will be reviewed annually. Recommendation to approve the MOU as presented.

5.G. CORRECTED CLASSIFIED CONTRACT
Typographical error in the June 10th contract that was board approved. Correction has been made and is attached. Recommendation: Approve Classified Contract as presented for 2023-2025.

6. DISCUSSION ITEMS
Discussion items receive individual attention because of the nature of the issues and the need for introductory or other discussion in order to review the information prior to taking action. This is also the agenda location for items which simply need school board review, but no formal action on the item is required. 7.B. BUDGET COMPARISON REPORT JUNE 2024
The business office provides an update of district expenditures and revenues through the Budget Comparison report. The report is intended to provide a financial picture of the district in a couple ways. One is to compare current year expenditures to the previous year. The second is to simply give a report on the current financial status. In addition to the report, special items of note are highlighted in the explanations offered. This report does not require formal action but is provided as an informational item.

The agenda is open to visitors of the meeting to offer comments to and/or requests of the school board. The comments and requests should follow the adopted district guidelines which are printed and available at the meeting.
