Authorizing the Senior Operations Officer to execute a lease agreement. 

Background:
Wellstone International High School has been a tenant at Minneapolis Community and Technical College (MCTC) for the last three years. The parties wish to extend the lease agreement for one-year (July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025).

Full agreement attached.

Background:
The State of Minnesota is deploying two air quality monitors, one for lead and one for air toxics, at the District’s Maintenance and Operations building to help monitor Minneapolis's air quality. The monitors will operate for a 24-hour period every six days.
