Background
Minneapolis Nature Preschool offers all early learning children in Minneapolis a high quality learning experience based on nature. They have been leasing space at Bryn Mawr for several years and would like to continue their partnership by committing to another lease agreement for 22-23 school year. 

Key Agreement Terms
License fees of $1,000 per month.
The contract term September 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023.

Description:  Minnesota Statute 120A.414 allows school districts and charter schools to use up to five 'e-learning' days during inclement weather. Instruction during e-learning days is counted towards the required instructional hours, so makeup days would not be required, provided the minimum number of hours was met including e-learning days. Approval of this plan is required prior to the start of the school year.
