Authorizing the Associate Superintendent for Contract Alternative Schools to execute an amendment to contract 2021-4400000548 with American Indian OIC Takoda Prep to increase the contract amount by $7,833.49 for the term of 7/1/2021 to 6/30/2022. The cumulative contract amount with the amendment is $484,545.49

Description:  Authorizing the Senior Operations Officer to execute a contract with Construction Results Corp for constructing a safe and welcoming entrance, enhance student safety through the relocation of the school office and improvements at the main building entrance at Lake Harriet Upper, for a term of 1/11/2022 to 7/31/2023, for an amount not to exceed $944,614.00.

Description:  Authorizing the Associate Superintendent for Contract Alternative Schools to execute an amendment to contract 2021-4400000542 with Eastside Neighborhood Services Menlo Park to increase the contract by $15,917.49 for the term of 7/1/2021 to 6/30/2022. The cumulative contract amount with the amendment is $570,519.49

Description:  Authorizing the Associate Superintendent for Contract Alternative Schools to execute an amendment to contract 2021-4400000543 with PYC to increase the contract amount by $1,849.71 for the term 7/1/2021 to 6/30/2022. The cumulative contract amount with the amendment is $1,522,691.71
