Authorizing the Senior Operations Officer to execute a license agreement with Twin Cities Adaptive Cycling for a portion of the Anne Sullivan/Anishinabe Academy property to perform adaptive cycling services (training, bikeshare, and related activities) for students and the public. A slab of concrete will be poured, and two shipping containers are to be placed on top, which will secure and store all the bikes and equipment. Adaptive Cycling will solely be responsible for the safety, care and protection, and protection of any such property stored in or on the premises.The proposed term of the agreement is 09/01/2021 to 08/31/2024 with the option of two renewals at three years each.
