Approve the Skokie District 69 Year 3 Targeted School Improvement Plan for Madison School as required by the Illinois State Board of Education based on the 24-25 annual summative designation of "Targeted".

Approve the proposal from RSM US, LLC to provide audit readiness services in connection with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026.
