13.11. Intergovernmental Agreement North Cook Alternative Programs
Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between North Cook Intermediate Service Center and Skokie-Morton Grove District 69, and authorize the Superintendent to sign on behalf of the Board, to access their continuum of services directed toward students, including: Regional Safe School Program (RSSP), High-Needs Alternative Learning Opportunities (ALOP), West 40 High-Needs ALOP Virtual Academy, and Student Advocacy ALOP. |

13.12. Resolution Calling on Cook County to Resolve Systemic Issues Regarding Issuance of Tax Bills
Approve the Resolution Calling Upon the Cook County Treasurer and Other Cook County Officials Responsible for the Issuance of Property Tax Bills to Resolve Systemic Issues as presented by the Superintendent and authorize the Board President and Secretary to sign on behalf of the Board. |

The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make comments to the Board regarding any topics related to School or District business. The Board will take all comments under advisement without discussion. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner. |
