13.7. Approve the Destruction of Closed Tape Audio
It is recommended that all recordings of closed sessions prior to May 2023 be destroyed following the Superintendent’s review of the closed session verbatim transcripts for which proper minutes have been approved. |
13.8. Truth in Taxation Hearing Notice
It is recommended that the Board approve a "Truth in Taxation" public hearing on the 2024 Property Tax Levy to be scheduled for the regular Board meeting on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Maier Administration Center Board Room, and that appropriate public notice of the hearing be given. |
13.9. Supplemental Tax Levy
It is recommended that the Board Approve the Resolution authorizing a supplemental tax levy to pay the principal of and interest on outstanding limited bonds of the District. |
13.10. Transfer of Funds
It is recommended that the Board Approves the Resolution approving the transfer of funds from the operations and maintenance fund to the bond and interest fund established for the purpose of paying debt service on the Taxable General Obligation School Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2021, of the District. |
13.11. Annual Abatement Resolution
It is recommended that the Board Approves the Resolution abating the taxes heretofore levied for the year 2024 to pay debt service on the Taxable General Obligation School Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), Series 2021, of the District. |
13.12. School Project Maintenance Grant
It is recommended that the Board approve the application for the School Maintenance Project Grant FY25 for repairing the North Parking lot at Edison Elementary School |
13.13. Property Tax Relief Grant - Transfer and Abatement of Funds
Resolution transferring funds ($1,932,382) from the Educational Fund to the Bond Fund and abating a portion of the taxes heretofore levied for the year 2024 to pay debt service on certain outstanding bonds of the District, for purposes of receiving the Property Tax Relief Grant. |
