13.16. Alternative Learning Opportunities Program (ALOP)
Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between North Cook Intermediate Service Center and Skokie-Morton Grove District 69 to establish a Student Advocacy Alternative Learning Opportunities Program (ALOP)

13.17. Hazardous Crossing 
Certify the hazardous crossings within the boundaries of School District 69 for the 2024-2025 school year as presented.

13.18. Worker's Compensation Insurance 
Approve the Worker's Compensation Insurance premium renewal from the Illinois Public Risk Fund for the period July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, at the rate of $79,634.

13.19. Liability Insurance 
Approve the renewal from Collective Liability Insurance Cooperative (CLIC) for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, at the rate of $118,823.

13.20. Audit Preparation Services 
Approve the proposal from RSM US, LLC to provide audit readiness services in connection with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, at a blended hourly rate of $225 per hour, subject to attorney final review, and authorize the superintendent to sign it. 

13.21. Consolidated District Plan/Title 1 Plan
Approve the Skokie District 69 Consolidated District Plan and Schoolwide Title 1 Plan as required by the Illinois State Board of Education for the ESSA grants

13.22. Donation to Community Schools
Pursuant to Board Policy 8:80, accept the donation from the District 69 PTO of $4,732 to support Summer Exploration scholarships for 13 students and $600 from Kiwanis Club of Skokie Valley to support Summer Exploration scholarships.

The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make comments to the Board regarding any topics related to School or District business. The Board will take all comments under advisement without discussion. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner.
