14.4. PSRP MOU (Custodial Overtime)
Approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the PSRP and the Board of Education modifying Section 3.4 Overtime and Section 3.8 Snow Removal to amend the rate of pay to one and one-half (1.5) times the employee's regular rate of pay for any amount of work performed on Saturdays or Sundays, including snow removal on Saturdays or Sundays.  These provisions will only apply to custodial employees.

14.6. Resolution for Adoption of Budget for FY24 - 
It is recommended that the Board approve the 2023-24 Budget as presented by the Superintendent on "School District Budget Form (ISBE 50-36) July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2024" and that the same is hereby adopted as the budget of the fiscal year which is hereby fixed and declared to be beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2024.

It is recommended that the Board approve the 2022-2023 Administrator and Teacher Salary and Benefits Report and the 2023-24 IMRF Employee Compensation Report.
