7. Truth in Taxation Hearing for Levy Year 2020
The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make a brief statement to the Board regarding the Tax Levy for Levy Year 2020. The Board will take all statements under advisement without discussion. Email to boe@skokie69.net before 5:00 p.m. on December 15, 2020. The subject line should read 'TAX LEVY HEARING 12/15/2020'. All written comments are shared with the entire board. Comments will be read aloud subject to five minutes per comment limitation. If multiple substantially similar communications are received, the Board president may summarize and condense the verbal presentations. All written comments will be posted on the online agenda following the Board meeting.

16.4. Resolution Authorizing the Adoption of the Levy for the 2020 Levy Year
Approve the amounts to be levied for the year 2020 on the equalized assessed value for all taxable property within School District 69, Cook County, Illinois and authorize the President and Secretary of this Board to sign and file the Certification of Tax Levy, including the foregoing amounts and purposes with the Clerk of Cook County.

16.5. Resolution Authorizing Reduction of Certain Fund Levies for the 2020 Levy Year
Approve the resolution titled "Resolution to Instruct the County Clerk How to Apportion 2020 Tax Levy Extension Reductions for Skokie School District #69, Cook County, Illinois" be approved as presented by the Superintendent, and that the President and Secretary be authorized to sign the resolution on behalf of the Board.

Approve the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement for the property located at 8341 Laramie Avenue, Skokie, Illinois, for a purchase price of $424,000 and authorize the Business Manager to sign the necessary transaction closing documents on the Board's behalf.
