7. Truth in Taxation Hearing for Levy Year 2020
The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make a brief statement to the Board regarding the Tax Levy for Levy Year 2020. The Board will take all statements under advisement without discussion.

16.4. Resolution Authorizing the Adoption of the Levy for the 2020 Levy Year
Approve the amounts to be levied for the year 2020 on the equalized assessed value for all taxable property within School District 69, Cook County, Illinois and authorize the President and Secretary of this Board to sign and file the Certification of Tax Levy, including the foregoing amounts and purposes with the Clerk of Cook County. 

16.5. Resolution Authorizing Reduction of Certain Fund Levies for the 2020 Levy Year
Approve the resolution titled "Resolution to Instruct the County Clerk How to Apportion 2020 Tax Levy Extension Reductions for Skokie School District #69, Cook County, Illinois" be approved as presented by the Superintendent, and that the President and Secretary be authorized to sign the resolution on behalf of the Board.  

16.6. Real Estate Transaction Approval
Approve the Real Estate Purchase and Sale Agreement for the property located at 8341 Laramie Avenue, Skokie, Illinois, for a purchase price of $424,000 and authorize the Business Manager to sign the necessary transaction closing documents on the Board's behalf.

16.7. Motion to approve the Five Year Review of policies 4:50, 5:270, 6:315, 7:40, 7:130, 7:325, and 8:80

16.8. Motion to approve the following policies as first read: 3:40, 4:80, 4:90, and 4:150

16.10. Approve Bid 2101: Display Panels
It is recommended that the Board of Education award Bid 2101 to Midwest Computer Products, West Chicago, Illinois, at $146,779.65, which the Board recognizes as the lowest responsible, responsive bidder.

16.11. Donations
It is recommended that the Board of Education accept the donations to the school district as presented.

16.12. Authorization to Dispose of Excess or Obsolete Equipment
It is recommended that the Board of Education declare the equipment detailed as surplus equipment and authorize the Administration to dispose of the same.
