7. Lincoln Junior High Construction Bids
It is recommended that the Board award the construction contracts to the recommended vendors, which vendors the Board recognizes as the lowest responsible bidders for the respective contracts, and further assign the contracts to the Board's construction manager, Nicholas and Associates, Inc. The contract values total $36,241,645 and represent Base Bid (less identified bond premiums) plus Alternates No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15.

8. Change Order Resolution
It is recommended that the Board adopt the resolution as presented authorizing the Superintendent and Business Manager to approve change orders as required during the Lincoln Junior High School construction project.
