11.1. Resolution for Adoption of Budget for FY20
It is recommended that the Board approve the 2019-2020 Budget as presented by the Superintendent on “School District Budget Form (ISBE 50-36) July 1, 2019 – June 30, 2020” and that the same is hereby adopted as the budget of the fiscal year which is hereby fixed and declared to be beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020. |

13.6. Ratification of the SEA Agreement
Approval of the terms of the new collective bargaining agreement with the Skokie Education Association, effective August 21, 2019 through August 20, 2023 as presented by the Board Negotiations Committee and ratified by the SEA membership on July 25, 2019 and authorize the President and Secretary to sign the contract document on behalf of the Board. |
13.7. PRESS Policy Hosting Service
Approve the Agreement for School Board Policy Online Services with Illinois Association of School Boards. |
13.8. Ratification of the Local 399 Agreement
Approval of the terms of the new collective bargaining agreement with Local 399, effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2023 as presented by the Board Negotiations Committee and ratified by the Local 399 membership on August 16, 2019, and authorize the President and Secretary to sign the contract document on behalf of the Board |
13.9. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the Local 399 adjusting the Head Engineers daily work schedule for the 2019-20 school year.

The Board will take all comments under advisement without discussion. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner. |
