It is recommended that the Tentative Amended Budget for the 2017 – 2018 school year (FY 2018) be accepted as presented. |
12.2. Budget Hearing Notice
It is recommended that a public hearing on the 2017 – 2018 Amended Budget be scheduled for the regular Board meeting of Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Administration Center Board Room, and that appropriate public notice of the availability of the Tentative Amended Budget and public hearing be given. (Budget hearing notice to be appended to official minutes.) |

15. Comments from Visitors
The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make comments to the Board regarding any topics related to School or District business. The Board will take all comments under advisement without discussion. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner. |
