It is recommended that the Board move into closed session to consider information regarding the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity; collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees; the purchase or lease of real property for the use of the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired; and litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds that an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting. |

Following the Superintendent’s review of the closed session verbatim transcripts for which proper minutes have been approved, that all recordings of closed sessions prior to July, 2016 be destroyed. |
14.7. Resolution to Establish a Fiscal Year and Authorize Development of the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget
Approval of the resolution to establish the 2019 fiscal year and to authorize the Superintendent to prepare the 2018-19 Budget in tentative form. |
14.8. Recognition for Service
It is recommended that the Board approve the Recognitions for Service for Mr. John Tinetti, Director of Buildings and Grounds as presented by the Superintendent. |

The Board will take all comments under advisement without discussion. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner. |
