Approve the Superintendent's recommendation that all closed session minutes from January 2016 through July 2017 be made available for review by request through District procedures under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

14.6. Closed Session Recordings
Following the Superintendent’s review of the closed session verbatim transcripts for which proper minutes have been approved, that all recordings of closed sessions prior to July, 2016 be destroyed. 

14.7. Resolution to Establish a Fiscal Year and Authorize Development of the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget
Approval of the resolution to establish the 2019 fiscal year and to authorize the Superintendent to prepare the 2018-19 Budget in tentative form.

14.8. Recognition for Service
It is recommended that the Board approve the Recognitions for Service for Mr. John Tinetti, Director of Buildings and Grounds as presented by the Superintendent.

14.9. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding with the SEA for Music Teacher Stipends

The President will recognize members of the audience who wish to make comments to the Board regarding any topics related to School or District business. The Board will take all comments under advisement without discussion. If a member of the public raises an issue or concern that requires follow-up, the Board President or Superintendent will do so in a timely manner.
