12.1. Resolution for Adoption of Budget for FY18
It is recommended that the Board approve the 2017-2018 Budget as presented by the Superintendent on “School District Budget Form (ISBE 50-36) July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2018” and that the same is hereby adopted as the budget of the fiscal year which is hereby fixed and declared to be beginning July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2018. |
12.2. Taxable Debt Certificates Totaling $9,825,000
It is recommended that the Board approve the resolution authorizing and providing for an Installment Purchase Agreement for the purpose of paying the cost of purchasing real or personal property, or both, in and for the District and for the issue of $9,825,000 Taxable Debt Certificates, Series 2017, of the District, evidencing the rights to payment under said Agreement, providing for the security for and means of payment under said Agreement of said Certificates, and authorizing the sale of said Certificates to the Trustees of Schools of Niles Township. |
12.3. Funding Bonds Totaling $10,000,000
It is recommended that the Board approve the resolution calling a public hearing concerning the intent of the Board of Education of the District to sell $10,000,000 Funding Bonds for the purpose of paying claims against the District. |
