Description:
We currently pay approximately 12,000 per year for our phone bill. I have worked with QNS for a more effective, cost saving measure. The system proposed in the packet would pay for itself in the first year. The monthly cost would be approximately $100 per month versus the $1000 we pay now. I have included information about the system in the packet.

I. Student Threat Assessment Procedures ACTION
Description:
This must now be annually approved by the board and sent to the Regional Office of Education and local police department before the first day of school. This document was created and approved about three years ago. Our school psychologist, social worker, and administration review the plan annually.

L. Referee Fees ACTION
Description:
We currently pay each referee $60 per night. The rates for other districts vary across the county from $60 to $100 (track is the only one this high) depending on the sport. If we want to be the highest we would need to be at $75 for baseball and volleyball and $85 for boys and girls basketball. We currently do not pay for track.
