Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the 2025-2026 annual audit as presented. 
 

 Approval of E-Learning in Lieu of Emergency Days Verification

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve an e-learning program verification form and adopt the District's E-Learning plan for a term of three years. See Attachment No. 3.
 

 Approval of Group Dental Plan for 2027

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the proposal for Group Dental Insurance with United Healthcare for a total projected cost of $630,506 for the 2027 calendar year. See Attachment No. 4.
 

 Approval of Voluntary Vision Insurance with United Healthcare for 2027

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the renewal of Voluntary Vision Insurance through United Healthcare for the 2027 calendar year. See Attachment No. 5.
 

 Approval of Group Health Insurance Administrative Services Only for 2027

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the proposal for the Group Health Insurance Administrative Services Only with UMR for a total projected cost of $387,553 for the 2027 calendar year. See Attachment No. 6.
 

 Approval of Group Health Pharmacy Benefit Manager for 2027

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve TrueRx as the Pharmacy Benefit Manager and SHARx for specialty medications for a total projected cost of $198,000 for the 2027 calendar year. See Attachment No. 7.
 

 Approval of Group Health Individual Stop Loss Insurance for 2027

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the proposal for the Individual Stop Loss Insurance with SunLife for a total projected cost of $1,454,757 for the 2027 calendar year. See Attachment No. 8.
 

 Approval of Group Insurance Premiums for Active & Retiree Under 65 Plan for 2027

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the District Insurance Committee's recommendation to increase the Active and Retiree premium contributions to the Group Insurance Fund for the 2027 calendar year for group insurance premium rates. See Attachment No. 9.
 

 Approval of Memorandum of Understanding between Salem University and the Moline-Coal Valley School District No. 40
