Engage Services - Conceptual Pre-Construction Services for Exterior Athletic Facilities Improvement Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education authorize the administration to engage in pre-construction services for the preliminary project planning and design exercises with Russell Construction, Davenport, Iowa, to develop a formal agreement for pre-construction services for Moline-Coal Valley District Exterior Athletic Facilities at a cost not to exceed $21,400.
