Award of Bid

Recommended Motion:  that the Board of Education accept the recommendation of Russell Construction Company, Davenport, Iowa, of lowest compliant bidders for the Moline High
School PE Facility project work packages and approve Russell Construction Company, entering into agreements with these bidders for this project. These bid amounts are incorporated into the guaranteed maximum price with Russell Construction Company for $12,835,189, which includes general conditions, expenses, allowances, alternates, contingencies, and a construction management
fee.  See Attachment No. 1.
