Bond Reauthorization Ordinance Resolution- Dave McDermott
Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the parameters of providing for the issuance of not to exceed $6,800,000 General Obligation Refunding School Bonds, Series 2020A, of Community Unit School District Number 40, Rock Island County, Illinois, for the purpose of refunding certain of the District’s outstanding school bonds, authorizing the execution of a bond order in connection with the issuance thereof, and providing for the levy of a direct annual tax to pay the principal and interest on said refunding bonds. See Attachment No. 10.

Recommended Motion: that the Amended Budget as presented be adopted by the Board of Education as the Budget of this school district for the 2019-2020 fiscal year. See Attachment No. 11.
