Bond Reauthorization Ordinance Resolution- Dave McDermott
Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the parameters resolution providing for and setting forth the parameters for the issuance of not to exceed $3,500,000 General Obligation Refunding School Bonds, Series 2018A, of Community Unit School District Number 40, Rock Island County, Illinois, for the purpose of refunding certain of the District’s outstanding school bonds, authorizing the execution of a bond order in connection with the issuance thereof, and providing for the levy of a direct annual tax to pay the principal and interest on said refunding bonds, as presented. See Attachment No. 5.
