Resolution to Adopt 2017 Tax Levy

Recommended Motion:  that the Board of Education of Moline-Coal Valley School District No. 40, Rock Island County, Moline, Illinois, adopt the resolution determining the official Tax Levy as listed.  See Attachment No. 7.

Resolution of Intent to Issue Alternative Revenue Bonds

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the resolution authorizing the issuance of general obligation alternate revenue bonds of Community Unit School District Number 40, Rock Island County, Illinois in an amount not to exceed $22,200,000 pursuant to the Local Government Debt Reform Act of the State of Illinois  See Attachment No. 8.

Resolution to Authorize Participation in Illinois School Districts Liquid Asset Fund

Recommended Motion:  that the Board of Education approve the Resolution authorizing participation in the Illinois School Districts Liquid Asset Fund.  See Attachment No. 9.
