Award of Bid

Recommended Motion:  that the Board of Education enter into a three-year lease totaling $22,617 with Midwest Transit Equipment, Inc., Kankakee, IL, for an activity bus for the Moline High School students which requires transportation, as presented.  See Attachment No. 4.

Approval of Agreement

Recommended Motion:  that the Board of Education approve the development and economic incentive agreement between Moline-Coal Valley School District and Dolan Commons, L.L.C. as presented in Attachment No. 5.
