Recommended Motion:  that the Board of Education accept for first reading the revised Board of Education Policies for Sections 7:10 – Equal Educational Opportunities, 7:30 – Student Assignment and Intra-District Transfer, 7:40 – Nonpublic School Students, Including Parochial and Home-Schooled Students, 7:70 – Attendance and Truancy, 7:90 – Release During School Hours, 7:100 – Health, Eye, and Dental Examinations; Immunizations; and Exclusion of Students, 7:140 – Search and Seizure, 7:150 – Agency and Police Interviews, 7:160 – Student Appearance, 7:250 – Student and Support Services,
and 7:280 – Student Use of Buildings.  See Attachment Nos. 12-23.

Approval of 10-Year Health/Life Safety Code Survey Submission

Recommended Motion:  that the Board of Education approve submission of the 10-Year Health/Life Safety Code Survey information as prepared by Legat Architects, Moline, IL., to the Illinois State Board of Education.  See Attachment No. 24.
